Our Core Values

Spiritual Foundation:

We are committed to the Bible, God's Word, and the priciples of doctrine and practice it contains. Our desire is to glorify God in all we do, and as the Holy Spirit gives us the strength, to be obedient to His Word.

Our Message:

We are committed to the message of the Gospel of Christ, and believe that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified, resurrected and ascended into heaven to be with the Father. We also believe that Christ's death on the cross is sufficient for the forgiveness of sins.

Relationships with our supporters:

We will pursue excellence in our relationship with those who support the ministry through their gifts. We will strive for the highest of standards in our stewardship and apply all gifts according to the wishes of the donor. We will never give away, sell, or rent the mailing list of our supporters.

Relationships with those we serve:

We are committed to excellence in our relationships with our chartered congregations and vendors/suppliers. This requires a commitment to integrity, honesty, and good communications. We will focus on meeting the needs of our leadership, rather than growing our organization. We will pay close attention to detail in order to offer the best possible service to all those who use the Awana program.

Relationships with fellow team members:

We are committed to practicing biblical principles within our board, staff, and missionary relationships. We will always strive to work as a team, exercising self-control, respect and tolerance for each other. It is our desire that all who serve within the organization will experience spiritual growth.
